Iain Russell, author of the "How To Pass P3" Guide, is a Chartered and European Patent Attorney at EIP in London. He specialises in applications relating to computer-implemented inventions (CIIs) and writes the chapter on CIIs in Sweet & Maxwell's European Patents Handbook. He also sits on CIPA's Computer Technology Committee and CIPA's Education Committee.
